The App is provided "as is," and no warranties are made regarding its use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall bear no liability for the following:

The App may display advertisements through advertising platforms to users. The App may also integrate with third-party services or platforms, but the provider assumes no responsibility for such third-party services.
The Terms may be modified as necessary. In the event of changes to the Terms, notifications will be provided within the App or through a method designated by the provider. By continuing to use the App after changes have been made, users are deemed to have agreed to the changes.
The Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. All disputes arising in connection with the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
